Hello my dear readers;
First of all I want to apologize: I know this is a fashion blog. But I need to express myself and communicate my anger (my great annoyance). Who knows? Perhaps the guilty person responsible for what happened to me is reading me. In that case … Hello! Fuck you.

I’m really tired of the gang of assholes that there are out there.
I’ll be quick and to the point. Thousands of designers use flickr to announce their new releases, and facilitate the SLurl to their stores for our comfort, nonprofit.
I’ve been watching this for years.
It is true that there are some rules: Flickr is not a place for commercial purposes.
But I have a question: Why have I received a message from Flickr support and the other thousand designers have not received it?
Obviously someone has reported me. Obviously, someone was so bored that decided to lose her/his vital time reporting me.
The point is that if I don’t delete all the SLurls of my photos, my account will be canceled.
I agree in meeting the rules of flickr. In fact, I did not know that put SLurl of this game in Flickr was an act punishable. I have deleted all the SLurls and I’ll never put them.
I just want to send a message to that person who is so boring:
I feel sorry for you. I am not in favor of dramas here, sorry. I am a very simple girl: I take pictures, I publish them, I do poses, I publish them. This is my SL. For everything else, RL.
I wish you good luck, you’ll need it.

  1. Hi, this same thing happened to another store a few years ago, it was nothing to do with slurls it was to do with prices, I just went to your flickr, and on your actual vendor ads you put $L which means it is an item for sale, which to the flickr people that means cash monies. It is my understanding that it is only about selling from flickr that they have issue with and by putting a price on an item that looks like that is what you are doing. Also be lucky they only emailed you, that girl lost her whole account, every picture she had ever taken and all her ads, which were lost to her from then on.

I hope this is a solution for you, definitely never include a price on an actual image.

    • Thank you for your coment. Yes, I’ve noticed of that vendor, and I’ve deleted it. Thank you for telling me! Now there’s no prices and no URLS and I’m meeting the rules of Flickr :)
Anyway, I have no problems with the rules there, i just was feeling bad because someone is trying to annoy me. Thank you =)

  2. Uh, that really sucks. I can understand you, ’cause something like that happened to me in Facebook, ’cause people are so fucking idiots.
Facebook blocked me several times, in the first ’cause I posted “pornography” (nude avatar ._.), the other times ’cause my name was a fake, lol, and all the other avatars ?! Now Ginevra Rodex is on the black list, that’s why I had to call me Ginevra Lindemann, mpff.

    Poor guys.

  3. The same thing happened to me last year. I had hundreds of pictures on flickr. I used to do photography for an agency, personal photos and also an album of the items in my store with the slurl and someone reported me for commercial gain. I’m 99% sure I know who it was.
I’m so sorry this happened to you but at least you got to put it right somehow. My entire account was deleted and it was a pro account too…paypal refunded the payment :)
